TONY KANAAN QUOTES
"I think we'll be in good shape starting from fifth tomorrow. It's going to be a long, hard race. Probably even tougher than Cleveland was for everybody. It's going to be hot. And you are very busy on this track pretty much all the way around. So we'll see which drivers are in good shape and which ones aren't. Being in good shape is one thing I take a lot of pride in. Hey, I finished second in a triathlon last weekend at Key Biscayne, right by my house! Tomorrow, a lot will have to do with how comfortable you're going to be in your car. My Pioneer-WorldCom car is pretty good compared to how it was at Cleveland and Toronto. We have been consistent since we rolled it out of the garage on Friday morning. I'm feeling like we have a pretty good handle on things. That's a good feeling because for so long we were struggling with our new Lola. Suddenly, things came together at Vancouver. We qualified sixth and got our first podium of the year. We're definitely headed in the right direction and we're hoping for good things tomorrow."
