INDIANAPOLIS, Thursday, Feb. 17, 2000 - Final arrangements for Indianapolis 500 veteran and open-wheel team owner Tony Bettenhausen, his wife, Shirley, and family friends and business associates Russ Roberts and Larry Rangel. All four were killed in a plane crash Feb. 14 near Leesburg, Ky.

Calling Hours: Noon-8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 18, St. Luke's United Methodist Church, 86th and Meridian Streets, Indianapolis

Memorial for Rangel: 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, St. Luke's United Methodist Church

Memorial for Bettenhausens and Roberts:

1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, St. Luke's United Methodist Church Burial for all four will be in Crown Hill Cemetery, Indianapolis. The Bettenhausen family wishes memorials be made to:
