Skip Barber alumni Kenny Brack, Jeff Gordon and Townsend Bell each claimed the victory in their respective races on Sunday in CART, NASCAR, and Indy Lights competition.

Former Barber Pro Series champion Kenny Brack piloted his Team Rahal racer to his second victory on the trot in the CART FedEx Series at the Miller Lite 225 at the Milwaukeee Mile. The win is Brack's second career win in CART competition on the heels of his win in Japan. The Swede extends his lead in the CART FedEx Championships Series overall standings.

Bell, a standout in the 1999 Barber Dodge Pro Series, lapped the entire field in a tour de force that also saw him set the fastest lap of the race. Bell could have had perfect weekend by claiming the pole until the times were nullified when rains prevented the entire field from qualifying. As a result, the times from practice determined the field and Bell could not claim the championship point. With his second win of the season, Bell now heads the points chase.

Gordon's win was equally impressive as the Skip Barber alumnus led 381 of 400 laps at Dover Downs International Speedway. The victory is the third of the season for Gordon and his 54th career win tying him for seventh in the all time NASCAR win list. Gordon has also clawed his way to within 50 points of the Winston Cup lead.

A full wrap up on the weekend's racing activity will follow on Monday on the Skip Barber Racing News.
