February 21,2002 (Nazareth, PA) - Race fans now have another way to purchase tickets for all of the 2002 events at Nazareth Speedway - the Internet. Speedway officials announced today that starting immediately, tickets can be purchased on the track's official web site, www.nazarethspeedwav.com.

To promote the new ticketing option, everyone that purchases tickets online between February 20 and Sunday, March 10, will automatically be entered to win a visit for two to Winner's Circle after the race of their choice, get their photo taken with the race winner and a half-day driving experience at Nazareth Speedway.

"We are incredibly excited to offer this alternative to purchase tickets online for our guests that are on the Internet," said Judy Swartz. Ticket Manager at the Speedway. "We are committed to continually improving our web site to include user-friendly, easy access information that our guests need and this new way to purchase tickets meets those goals."

The stars and cars of the lndy Racing League invade the Lehigh Valley for the first time in the Firestone lndy 225, along with the top three United States Auto Club (USAC) open-wheel racing series, April 19-21. Reserved seating is only $45 for Sunday's inaugural event. A limited number of cold piffpaddock passes are available for guests ages 18 and up, with purchase of daily grandstand ticket, for $35. Paddock passes are available for children 17 and under accompanied by adult for $20, allowing close-up access to top lndy Car and USAC drivers and their speed machines.

For the first time Nazareth Speedway will also offer a weekend combination reserved adult ticket for $60 and a child ticket for only $50, with general admission adult and child combination tickets also available. The combination ticket covers all three days of open-wheel action. lndy Car and USAC practice are on the menu for Friday, while Saturday features practice and qualifying for the lndy Racing League, plus USAC Midget and Sprint Car races. Sunday is the inaugural Firestone lndy 225, preceded by the USAC Silver Crown race.

The May 18-19 NASCAR weekend will feature the NASCAR Busch Series, Grand National Division, the NASCAR Busch North Series, and the ground pounding Service Electric 100 NASCAR Featherlite Modifieds.

Sunday's adult reserved ticket is $50 and a general admission adult ticket is available for only $35.00. Saturday adult general admission ticket is $20, with Saturday's general admission child ticket (under 12 with paying adult) only $5. The NASCAR Busch North Series will compete on Saturday along with NASCAR Busch Series and Featherlite Modifieds practice and qualifying.

Wrapping up the 2002 season at Nazareth Speedway is the TRUXPO Truck Tour October 5-6. See monster trucks flying down the front stretch and other trucks on display throughout a weekend packed full of family fun. Single day adult tickets are just $12, with children tickets only $6.
