Could this be the weekend of the Ligier with Krohn Racing leading the charge?
Sebring, Fla. - Dipping down into the 1:51s, Olivier put the bright green Krohn Racing Ligier at the top of the charts, repeating his performance from the second practice session.
The No. 5 Action Express Corvette timed in second best and Michael Shank's HPD Ligier was third among the prototypes.. Not much changed in PC with Mathiasen Motorsports and Tom Kimber-Smith leading the charge ahead of BAR1's Tomy Drissi, who brought out a red flag after crashing in turns 14 and 15.
Corvette Racing went 1-2 in GTLM, with Porsche continuing to show the way in GTD, but it was the No. 23 Team-Seattle group this time around.
The No. 58 Wright Motorsports Porsche 911 stopped on the course past Turn 5 and brought out another red flag late in the going, but teams were able to get a few more minutes of green flag running in before the official end of on-track action for the day.
