Jonathan Woolridge joins Bryan Herta Autosport/PR1 program as test driver

Bryan Herta Autosport, in partnership with PR1 Mathiasen Motorsports, has signed Jonathan Woolridge as the Official Test and Development Driver for its IMSA LMP2 program with support from Fortress Technology.

The Canadian brings plenty of experience as an IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge driver, earning multiple wins and podiums with LMP3 machinery. 

"I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity," said Woolrige. "The 2026 LMP2 field is going to be competitive, so I am eager to add value to the team from day one. Being part of this program is a true honour, and it means a great deal to have the support of fellow Canadians like Fortress Technology. Together this journey has already been very exciting, and it feels like we’re only just getting started."

Fortress Technology’s involvement aligns with the program’s emphasis on precision, process control, and performance reliability. The company specializes in the custom design and manufacture of industrial inspection solutions including metal detectors, checkweighers, X-ray and integrated combination systems. A global enterprise, Fortress supports food manufacturers to enhance brand protection worldwide.
