The Roush customer car is in Marlboro livery and looks great. It's also sponsored by Asociacion Concesionarios Puerto Rico.

The #70 Roush car is sponsored by PLN's new Paramount movie "Nobody's Fool". After a few laps of practice the 70 car was in the pits to fix the RF brake caliper.

This is the first endurance race for the Ferrari 333SP. Its longest race to date has been the 2 hour event last year at Watkins Glen. The Momo team ran a 12 hour test here in December.

Craig T. Nelson and the Screaming Eagle Team are ready for their 24 hour debut. The team was hoping to make last year's event but had to halt their engine development program due to the earthquake in LA. Nelson is pleased with the speed of the car having qualified 6th last year at Phoenix. The teams last endurance race was at Sebring, however the car only lasted 12 minutes. Margie Smith Haas, 1994 ACRL champion, will co-drive along with IndyCar driver Ross Bentley. Dan Clark had a scare in the car when a reported fuel line came loose which resulted in a fire. The rear bodywork was destroyed, however the team says they can repair the car for Friday's qualifying.

Carroll Shelby will be the Grand Marshall for the weekend.

Although the factory team has withdrawn, Porsche will be represented in the WSC class by 962 Spyder of Franz Konrad and Antonio Hermann.

The BMW M3 is so quiet, it's hard to believe it's a race car.

The Morrison Corvettes are nicknamed Snake Skinners, probably in reference to the Roush Mustang Cobras.
