Tom Milner and Justin Marks to Join Sigalsport BMW Dream Team for The Rolex 24

Los Angeles, California (January 3, 2006) -- Sigalsport BMW Team will campaign two BMW M3s in the GT class of the 2006 Grand American Rolex Sports Car Series. The first Sigalsport BMW M3 Alhadeff Motorsports entry No. 05 will be co-driven by one of the most successful drivers in Grand-American history, former Rolex Series GT champion and BMW factory driver, Bill Auberlen, and young, talented Matt Alhadeff. The second Sigalsport BMW M3 entry No. 04 will be co-driven by team owner Gene Sigal and Peter MacLeod.

Twoformer PTG BMW winning drivers, Tom Milner Jr. and Justin Marks, will join the dream Sigalsport BMW team at the Rolex 24 at Daytona and will co-drive the No. 05 Alhadeff Motorsports entry with Bill Auberlen and Matt Alhadeff.

Sigalsport BMW team will test additional drivers for the Rolex 24 at Daytona this week at the tests to complete the drivers' lineup for car No. 04.

"I am very excited and I'm proud of all the work we have accomplished during the short break after the Mexico City race. For the first time in two seasons, Sigalsport BMW team will enter two cars in every round of the 2006 Rolex Series. I am particularly pleased that we were able to hireBill Auberlen who comes to Sigalsport with an impressive background including 21 wins in the Rolex Series. Bill will co-drive our car No. 05 with my 2005 teammate, Matt Alhadeff. We found the best coach in the business to co-drive and to teach Matt the secrets of GT racing and winning races. I am certain that together they will score a lot of podium finishes this season" declared team owner, Gene Sigal. "I will co-drive with Peter MacLeod, who comes from the ALMS ranks. Peter is not a beginner and has an extensive racing winning background. He also knows the Rolex 24 since he finished second in the SRP2 class in 2003. I think that Peter and I will be running in front and we share the same goal as Matt and Bill, to finish in the top-five in the overall Rolex Series GT class. Our goal for the Rolex 24 is to run in front and finish as close as possible to the podium", added Sigal.

"We have done a lot of work and a lot of testing since the 2005 season" declared Emmanuel Lupe, Team Manager for the Sigalsport BMW team. "The gap between the last race and the first event of 2006 is very short and it is challenging to assemble a new team, find new crewmembers, sign new drivers and sponsors and be ready for the Rolex 24. Our race engineer, Rod Everett, took over the preparation of the cars for Daytona and he and the crew did a great job since we had to test six days to give our new drivers enough M3 experience before the season. We are still looking to add a couple of experienced drivers for the Rolex 24 for our car No. 04 but we will be ready for this new 2006 challenge when the green flag waves on January 28" stated Lupe.

The Sigalsport BMW team will participate in the Rolex 24 at Daytona tests from January 5th through Saturday, January 7th, 2006.
