The following 2 events hold particular interest to the #6 Miracle Motorsports/Serta Mattress entry. Reason being, John Macaluso, team owner and driver, resides in Old Forge, NY. Kicking off the first of the back to back weekends of racing in the north east, is the event at Watkins Glen International, Watkins Glen, NY.
Watkins Glen will be round 4 in the Grand-American Road Racing Series. The race will take place on Saturday, May 19, 2001. It will be a Six-Hour Endurance Race commencing at 2:30 pm. Launching round 5 of this esteemed series, will be the Memorial Day Weekend event at Lime Rock Park, nestled just outside of Lakeville, CT.
