10. Pflanzgarten during qualifying for the 24 Hours of the Nürburgring: guaranteed airtime.
9. After a tumultuous qualifying day at Indy, with a massive airborne crash for Ed Carpenter in practice and the resulting changes to the cars, Scott Dixon came out on top with Penske duo Power and Pagenaud on the front row. Here, the traditional post-qualifying photoshoot.
8. Jorge Lorenzo jumps in celebration after winning the French GP at Le Mans.
7. A classic shot: Brünnchen with its writing, kerbs and bricks.
6. A colorful start-finish line for the All-Star races at Charlotte. Goes well with the loud paint-schemes of the cars.
5. The WTCC on the Nordschleife. More importantly Sébastien Loeb at the Karussell, two legendary names in motorsport.
4. The Nordschleife offers hundreds of scenic views, which become even more amazing at night.
3. Night pit stops at the 'Ring are an experience to be had. Over 150 cars taking turns pitting in fewer than 50 pit stalls. It's (barely) controlled chaos.
2. These last two images are simply odes to the best circuit in the world: the Nordschleife.
1. Really, nothing else like it.
