OAK PARK, Calif. -- Young Southern Californian driver Patrick Long will be featured on ESPN2's popular motorsports show RPM2Night on Wednesday, July 18th  at 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time (3:30 p.m. Pacific Time).  The segment will include footage of Long doing battle in the Slick 50 British Formula Ford Championship.

Long, 19, dominated the recent British Formula Ford doubleheader at Brand Hatch, taking two pole positions, one victory, a second, and a fastest lap. This outstanding result -- achieved in both damp and dry conditions -- moved Long into second place in the Slick 50 British Formula Ford Championship points chase. 

ESPN2 is a sister channel to American sports network,ESPN.  ESPN2 is broadcast throughout America and parts of Canada via cable and satellite television outlets.  The RPM2Night show featuring Patrick Long will also be re-aired later in the evening at midnight Eastern Time (9 p.m. PacificTime).

Patrick will also be featured in an interview by F1 reporter Nick Garton viewable on www.grandprix.com, in the "Features" section on the front page, titled "The Natural". The interview will appear in print in the British magazine "F1 News".
