MIAMI – (Dec. 14, 2015) – MotorsportNetwork, a Miami-based technology and multimedia company, and VICE Sports, VICE Media’s channel dedicated to sports and the personalities that drive the game, today announced a strategic partnership that will see digital content produced by companies shared on its respective platforms.
Under the partnership, Motorsport.com will partner with VICE Sports and provide motorsports content for the channel, including news stories, photos and videos in 11 different languages from 15 different editions. Starting today, VICE Sports will feature some of Motorsport.com’s most impressive content, including deep dives into the world of women in F1 Racing and as well as social media’s role in the recent Brazilian Grand Prix.
“VICE Sports is thrilled to partner with the world’s leading motorsports digital media platform,” said Will Kiersky, VICE Sports’ Publisher. “We were very diligent in our search in choosing the right partner and believe that we have aligned with the best new motorsports company in the world. Through this unique partnership, we are able to provide a wide range of automotive and motorsports content to our readers and continue to broaden our coverage.”
Founded as a punk magazine in 1994, VICE has become a leading multimedia network, including VICE.com, as well as ten other other digital channels covering music, food, fashion and more. Launched in 2014, VICE Sports has quickly established itself as the destination for sports fans interested in the action both on and off the field, and in its first year won the 2015 Webby for the Best Sports Site.
The partnership between Motorsport.com and VICE Sports is the first step in this distribution and co-production launch partnership as the platform continues to expand.
“Motorsport.com continues to revolutionize the digital motorsports media landscape by aggressively partnering with such an industry leader," said Charles Bradley, editor in chief, Motorsport.com. “Using our expertise as the premier auto racing media channel we look to enhance VICE Sports’ millennial audience and extend our reach into that much sought after demographic.”
“The partnership between Motorsport.com and VICE Sports is the first step in bringing together two highly-respected media companies who will change the way millennials consume and share compelling motorsports and enthusiasts content around the world,” said Lambos, Managing Director, GCA Savvian Advisors, advisor to Motorsport.com.

About VICE Sports
VICE Sports is a channel dedicated to the game beyond the game, where the unbridled passion of the true fan shines through, for better or for worse. Headlined by original video content and distinct voices, VICE Sports shines a light on the endless array of characters both inside and outside of the game that tend to inspire such undeniable, and at times, unreasonable devotion. More often than not, the compelling stories and rich experiences that sit in the sports sidecar tend to eclipse the sport itself. We're here to celebrate that.
