Why: Why would you want to attend?

You might want to attend if....... a) your company has a need for high quality entry level engineers. Engineers who have demonstrated an ability to work as a team to accomplish a difficult project with a limited budget and timeframe. Engineers with a passion for the auto industry and motorsports. The best and brightest. b) you are considering a career in engineering. In one location you can meet students and faculty from some of the best schools in North America. c) you have an interest in the technical side of racing. The pits are open to the public and the student engineers/racers will be happy to explain the workings of their cars. d) you wonder where race car engineers come from. Graduates of this program are spread throughout the motorsports community, both within the major automakers (100+ at Ford alone) as well as race teams in many series. The Newman-Haas CART-PPG team employes five of these grads. e) you like to see a really fun motorsports event without paying a fortune to get in!
