The Guild of Motoring Writers/IMCO travel award was presented to Ed McDonough in London last week. This premier award goes to the writer submitting the best proposal for researching a motoring subject requiring travel. Ed McDonough won the award to continue his research for the book he is writing on Ricardo and Pedro Rodriguez, and has been commissioned to do a special piece on the Rodrigues Brothers and the History of Mexican Sporting Heroes.

Ed McDonough writes for Auto Italia magazine and is chairman of the Alfa Romeo Owners Club in the UK.
