The Russian Time GP2 team will field an unchanged driver line-up in 2015 after re-signing Mitch Evans and Artem Markelov.
Kiwi Evans, the 2012 GP3 champion, will enter his third season in GP2 after finishing fourth in last year's championship with the team.
Evans, who took two victories last year, is aiming for the title in 2015.
"We proved we had race-winning capability in 2014 and the goal has to be to build on that, put together a consistent programme and hopefully challenge for the championship," he said.
Markelov made his GP2 racing debut with Russian Time last season, scoring six points and one fastest lap.
"It was a good environment in which to learn and Mitch is obviously a strong yardstick for me," he said.
"Looking back at 2014, the series was a sizeable jump from F3 and my qualifying pace and getting the best out of the tyres in that situation is the area I will be concentrating on."
Russian Time will be run by the Virtuosi UK team this year after being managed by iSport last season.
