HUNGARORING - Just one week after the German Grand Prix, GP2 Series and Coloni Motorsport head to Budapest for the round 8th of the 2005 GP2 Series Hungaroring Grand Prix.

The circuit is one of the favourite for Coloni Motorsport, who took three maiden FIA F3000 International victories in 2002, 2003 and 2004, respectively the first one with the Italian Enrico Toccacelo and the last two with the Austrian Patrick Friesacher.

This weekend's Grand Prix will be also the home race for Ostermann Racing, the GP2 Series' entry rights holder Coloni Motorsport's team.

The Italian team is looking forward to renewing its winning tradition and is confident about the cars and drivers performance.

Hungaroring demands excellent traction and handling from cars and tyres' duration is important. The track is well known by all the drivers and teams, with many slow corners and often the temperature is very, very hot.

Coloni Motorsport drivers Gimmi Bruni and Mathias Lauda aim to give to the team its fourth victory at Hungaroring. The track is also very demanding from the drivers and both Gimmi and Mathias have been preparing properly for the long race.

Coloni Motorsport will use on both cars the "shark gill" exit covers for the left and right-hand side pods in case of warm temperature on the track, which proved to performing very well at Hockenheim and to improving the cooling system.
