Local Company Announce Driver Line-up for San Jose Grand Prix
Alexander Rossi and Steve Ott join forces with InterVision Systems for this weekend's event
San Jose, CA - Santa Clara based InterVision Systems Inc has been a fixture at the San Jose Grand Prix since the race's inception in 2005. With their exquisite hospitality unit playing host to some 150 guests over the course of the weekend, every year they manage to up-the-ante in the world of exclusive functions. This year is no exception as InterVision's innovative approach sees them joining forces with two drivers competing in the weekend's events.
Alexander Rossi, the record-breaking 15-year-old Californian star of the Formula BMWUSA championship with Team Apex Racing, and Denver, CO native Steve Ott - making a welcome return to the Champ Car Atlantic series with InterVision Team Jensen - will both be racing with support from InterVision, and in turn they will be helping InterVision give it's guests one of the most memorable weekends of their lives.
"A high-octane race weekend is an event not easily forgotten by anyone," says InterVision CEO Jeff Kaiser, "but when we offer our guests and clients direct contact with the actual drivers, and allow them access to the teams and the cars themselves, it becomes a unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience they will savor forever."
Alexander Rossi was equally enthusiastic. "Being my 'home' race, San Jose is important to me," he said, "but my involvement with InterVision and their guests makes the event even more special. I'll be doing all I can to give them all a great weekend."
"I'm just real excited about it," added Steve Ott, "there are a lot of very good drivers, so I'm looking forward to racing again in the Atlantic series and representing InterVision well, it's exciting to be back."
The San Jose Grand Prix weekend runs from Friday 27th through to Sunday 29th July in the heart of downtown San Jose.
