Was September 20, 1970 when Clay Regazzoni established " Le Circuit Mt-Tremblant " track record with 1'32''20 during the Canada F1 G.P., while Jackie Stewart was on pole with 1'31"50. Since no drivers was able to officially do better then those times with CAN-AM, Sport cars, Formula Atlantic, F5000 and IndyCar up to today Traditional Fall Classic, when the track record was blistered twice: first in qualify and after during the race.
John C Antonino (GrapeKing-Asia Express-Arra-Uptown-RLC Eurointernational Dallara F301 VW) was on pole , for the second time this year, with un-official track record of 1'29"089, just in front of teammate Luciano Gomide with 1'29"396, slow down by traffic on his flying lap.

A beautiful fall sunny afternoon was the perfect scene for the expected battle between Antonino and Gomide on Round 9 of the USF3 Championship.
The race was decided at the start: Antonino,on pole accelerate and slow down waiting Gomide, who instead took the green and the lead of the race at the first corner, surprising his teammate. The Chief Stewart considered the start correct and at the first lap Gomide was first with already 1"5 advantage on Antonino.
The remain 12 laps did not have story, with Gomide running an incredible pace with 6 fastest laps in a row up to the new official track record of 1'29"719. Antonino finished second 3"60 behind, unable to repeat the qualify result. Kiyoto Yamamoto finished third for his first podium of the season.
