Edoardo Piscopo found his way back to the top in one of the toughest and most important races of the Formula 3 2007 season, the Zolder Masters. The event grouped together the best young prospects in racing on the Limburg track, after a long history at Zandvoort. Edoardo shown great form and pace since the beginning, impressing in practice and scoring a great 8th place (over 38) in qualifying, after clinching the top-20 spot needed to pass among the A-group. The driver from Rome took way without troubles, climbing up to 5th and running smooth and clean all-race long.

Edoardo Piscopo - Red Bull Junior Program Driver:

"We finally made a great job at Zolder. Together with my team, Muecke Motorsport, I managed to find a great set-up, that proved to be good enough to keep me constantly among the top spots. I'm glad to have achieved, with today's 5th place, my best-ever Formula 3 result in such a difficult and renowned race. I would even had the chance to improve my starting position without the yellow flags thrown out on my best lap, and the red-flag interruption, due to a wreck from another car. During the race my car was perfect, allowing me to climb up to 5th and set some remarkable laptimes. I hope this will be a great sign for the forthcoming event at the Nurburgring"
