Title

The first Dallara F1 car

Description

In conversation with Craig Scarborough, former Williams/Brabham/Benetton/Sauber design engineer, Sergio Rinland, recalls the Dallara F188 - a car he designed for Scuderia Italia in conjunction with Dallara.  In so doing, he pioneered the design-construction system used today by Haas-Ferrari. Sergio also talks about the three Brabhams he created and - "my best design of that era" - the 1992 Fondmetal GR02 (named after the team's founder, Gabriele Rumi)
