Footage has emerged on social media of the McLaren Christmas party, including funny, unfiltered moments from Zak Brown's speech and Oscar Piastri poking fun at the team's double disqualification from the Las Vegas Grand Prix.

It is fair to say the drinks were flowing at the Woking outfit's Christmas party after Lando Norris claimed his first championship title and the team secured another constructors' title in 2025. Norris's team-mate Oscar Piastri walked away with third behind Red Bull's Max Verstappen.

"Both drivers love me, idolise me," Brown joked as he took to the stage alongside Norris and Piastri, adding: "[They] call me 'Big Daddy' behind my back." The crowd erupted with laughter as Norris put his hands over his face.

"Reality is, they will mess with me but they won't mess with Andrea [Stella] because deep down inside they're scared s***less of Andrea," he continued, with Stella giving a thumbs-up.

"What I really want to do is mess up your hair right now," he said to Norris, referencing the moment he accepted his championship trophy during the FIA Awards ceremony on Friday. As he walked onto the stage at the awards gala, FIA president Mohammed Ben Sulayem ruffled his hair. "But I'm going to dare Oscar and see how big his balls really are," Brown added as both drivers broke down laughing.

"We took risks on both of you, and don't pretend you had better options."

Looking directly at Piastri, he said, "You had f****** Alpine." Turning to Norris, he added, "You had to be faster than Stoffel Vandoorne."

Piastri also took the mic, failing to resist a jab at the team's double disqualification for excessive plank wear at the Las Vegas Grand Prix.

"It's been pretty tiring at points. I think it's worn us pretty thin, not quite as thin as our planks in Las Vegas... We can laugh about it now!" he said.
