The Williams Formula 1 team has unveiled the livery it will bring to the 2026 pre-season testing in Barcelona after a fan vote determined the design.

The Grove outfit launched a fan poll at the start of December, with six designs for the FW48 at pre-season testing. The designs brought in 54,718 votes in total, from 162 countries. The winning livery, called Flow State, attracted almost a third of the fan votes.

The design, which will be on the FW48 driven by Carlos Sainz and Alex Albon at pre-season testing, features the Williams blue with swirling white accents to celebrate "the speed and science of the world’s most technologically-advanced sport".

Team principal James Vowles said: "Thank you to all our incredible Atlassian Williams Racing fans around the world who had their say on how we should enter this new era for Formula 1.

"Flow State is a worthy winner and we are excited to carry the fans together with us when we hit the track for the first time. There is a lot to look forward to in 2026 and this is just the start."

Williams finished the 2025 F1 season fifth in the constructors' championship after Albon and Sainz secured 73 and 64 points, respectively.

"First and foremost, congratulations to Lando on a well-deserved Championship. For us, this marks the end of a really successful 2025," Vowles said after the season-ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

"In a couple of days, we'll be testing here in Abu Dhabi in preparation for 2026 and, in just a few weeks' time, the 2026 car will be a reality and I can't wait. This is a good moment to say thank you to everyone that has been behind us for not just this year but for many years. It's the start of our journey and I can't wait for what's next. Thank you very much."
