Join us live as Alpine launches its 2026 season, unveiling its new livery and potentially its new car

On Friday at 12:30pm CET, just an hour after Ferrari lifted the covers off its new SF-26, Alpine is launching its 2026 Formula 1 season.

What the Barcelona-based event will exactly consist in is unclear; we know it is taking place on a cruise ship off the Catalan coast, but Alpine did not specify whether it would reveal only its new livery on a showcar or its actual challenger for the upcoming campaign.

Regardless, the car designed under executive technical director David Sanchez was shaken down on Wednesday at Silverstone, ahead of the first pre-season test. It will need to improve on its predecessor, which was distinctly the least competitive machinery in F1 2025.
