Arrows boss Tom Walkinshaw is happy with the way Heinz-Harald Frentzen has fitted into the team and says he and team mate Enrique Bernoldi are a good pairing. Former Arrows driver Jos Verstappen was unceremoniously removed from the Leafield team to make way for Frentzen but Walkinshaw has no regrets over his decision.

"He (Frentzen) can fit into some teams and maybe not others," he said. "And all I can say is that he's really fitted into our team and he's worth his weight in gold at the moment."

Frentzen scored Arrows' first point of the season in the Spanish Grand Prix and the team have been showing well in the last few races. Verstappen once said that Bernoldi was 'the worst team mate I've ever had' but Frentzen and the young Brazilian seem to have no problems, adopting a teacher and pupil relationship.

"The ambience is just fantastic in the team now," Walkinshaw commented. "Heinz takes time to explain to Enrique why he wants the car a certain way and he couldn't have a better teacher. Heinz likes to tell him and Enrique likes to listen and ask the questions, and the pair have seemed to get on very well."
