On day three of this week's hectic four-day, three location test session, the Panasonic Toyota Racing team concentrated on activities in Jerez, where third driver Ricardo Zonta completed 60 laps of the 4.428-kilometre track.

The Brazilian will complete his week in the south of Spain tomorrow, whilst Olivier Panis will assume concurrent testing duties in the south of France, working on aerodynamic development at Circuit Paul Ricard.

Ricardo Zonta:

"We did some tyre testing this morning, validating the work that Cristiano did in Barcelona earlier in the week and trying to evaluate the tyres for the Japanese GP in Suzuka. The car has been running well and we have found a good balance for this track."

"I am pleased with what we have achieved and we have been able to set a reasonable lap time. Tomorrow is more of the same with further tyre evaluation and set-up work."
