Toyota becomes team number five to announce a launch date, the TF104 to be unveiled on Saturday January 17th at the factory in Cologne, Germany. The media will have the opportunity to see behind the scenes where Toyota creates the Formula One car.

The team continues with drivers Cristiano da Matta and Olivier Panis and test driver Ricardo Zonta. Australian Ryan Briscoe is also in a test seat for 2004 -- Toyota commences winter testing today with Briscoe in Valencia and Zonta at Paul Ricard in France.

Da Matta and Panis are due behind the wheel at Jerez in December. Toyota finished eighth in the constructors' championship in 2003, two points behind Jaguar and three behind Sauber.

Sauber - January 12th, Salzburg, Austria
Toyota - January 17th, Cologne, Germany
Jaguar - January 18th, Barcelona, Spain
Renault - January 29th, Palermo, Italy
BAR - February, date and location to be confirmed
