Mercedes may have won the opening five rounds of the 2019 Formula 1, but each of its triumphs have come at different types of track.
By removing the circuit variety and simply expressing the pace of each Formula 1 team as a percentage from the fastest laps each set at each race, the true competitive spread of the field can clearly be seen – this data arrangement is known as ‘supertimes’.
