Williams and its title sponsor, Martini, are offering one winner and a guest the chance to spend the night sleeping in a Formula 1 garage, surrounded by Williams F1 cars. The two guests will sleep under Williams-themed bed-sheets, and eat and drink in Williams' garage at Silverstone on July 15, the night before the British Grand Prix.

The prize also includes a meet-and-greet with Brazilian veteran driver Felipe Massa and Team Principal Claire Williams with a guided tour of the garage before the winners catch some shut-eye between two 2017 Williams FW40 cars.

“Normally the night before the Grand Prix I relax, I try to sleep as much as I can so it would've been fantastic to sleep here,” said Massa.

“I will be really really jealous, I wanted to go myself, I wanted to sleep together with the race-cars.

“Martini's offering an amazing opportunity to sleep in the middle of the Williams Martini cars the night before the Grand Prix in the iconic Silverstone racetrack. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. For anybody, not only Formula 1 fans - anyone around the world can enter.”

The prize is being offered in conjunction with online hospitality marketplace Airbnb, who set out the House Rules on their website with a 'five-second penalty' if any are disobeyed.

House Rules include: 'No wearing a helmet in bed. Helmet hair is not a good daytime look', and 'In colder weather, tyre warmers will be provided. Do not use your own.' The room doesn't appear to have heating, a TV or an iron.

To win the stay at a Williams garage, entrants must be aged 25 and over and a resident of either Belgium, Italy, Germany, Russia, Spain and the United Kingdom.

A creative writing piece must be submitted from from 27 April – 16 May, 2017 to explain 'what they love about racing and why they should be the lucky one chosen to stay the night at the Williams Martini Racing Garage at Silverstone before the 2017 Formula one Rolex British Grand Prix.'

On the subject of the upcoming race at Sochi, Massa said, “Sochi's a very nice racetrack, a very long straight, nice overtaking. It feels very amazing to race the Sochi race. I'm looking forward to keep fighting, to get even better race by race.”

Williams is currently fifth in the constructors' standings, one point behind Force India, with Massa having brought home all the points for the British team this season so far.
