Lucky Strike B*A*R Honda's third driver, Takuma Sato, will be participating in this weekend's prestigious Mount Stuart Motorsport Classic on the Isle of Bute, which lies off the west coast of Scotland.

In only its second year, the event has drawn participants from a variety of motorsport quarters, including Formula One, Rallying and the MINI Cooper Challenge. The Mount Stuart event is arranged by the Marquis of Bute, better known as former F1 driver, Johnny Dumfries.

Takuma will be completing two demonstration runs in a B*A*R Honda 005, the first at 3.30pm on Saturday, and the second on Sunday at noon. He will be driving on the loop at the south end of the course, which features two sweeping curves leading to a hairpin. He will then go up a short hill leading to the last corner at the stables, before proceeding down the drive to the finish line.

Commenting on the team's involvement in the event, B*A*R Team Principal, David Richards said: "I am delighted that we are able to participate this year in the Mount Stuart Motorsport Classic. As a British team, we try to support national motorsport events as much as possible, and it is always a pleasure to give our home fans a rare close up view of the B*A*R Honda 005 in action."

Takuma will be lining up beside Olivier Beretta, who will be driving a BMW-Williams F1 car, as well as rally star Alister McRae.
