Nico Rosberg took his car to the garage after just 15 laps.
Huge dramas have hit the championship leader before the Singapore Grand Prix even got underway Sunday. Nico Rosberg's car suffered some kind of undisclosed issue.
He was taken back to the pit lane and would start the race from there. His problems have not ceased however. He was lapping three seconds a lap slower than his Mercedes teammate Lewis Hamilton and struggled for five laps to pass a Marussia.
He was shifting two gears at a time and continued to be marred very deep in the back. He pitted with no pit limiter or clutch to rely on, and has now retired from the GP.
