Mercedes driver Nico Rosberg has invited Ferrari rival Sebastian Vettel to the German's squad debrief ahead of the Malaysian Grand Prix.
The duo joked about the invite during the post-race press conference for the season-opening race in Australia, where Mercedes dominated.
Vettel suggested that in order to have closer competition, Mercedes should open up its garage in Malaysia and let everybody have a look.
"First suggestion, if you don't mind, I think your garage becomes public for Malaysia and everyone can have a look. No? I'm joking," said Vettel.
"You can come if you want, we can invite you," replied Rosberg.
On Tuesday Rosberg made the invitation official on his Twitter account.
"Dear Seb, this is the official invitation to join our debrief Friday 16.00 at Sepang. See you there, don't forget your notebook!" wrote Rosberg.
The Malaysian Grand Prix takes places next week at Sepang.
