Name your top five drivers of the year

It’s that time of year again, where we need to establish the Top Five drivers of the year, in descending order, with your Driver of the Season at the top.

This is the fifth year we’ve run this popular competition.

And to add a bit of fun to it, all responses will be entered into a draw and the the first five entries which match my selection, which will be revealed next week, will receive a free signed copy of our review book of the season; James Allen on F1 2013: Winning at all costs, which is on sale now.

It was a pretty one sided championship, but how do you judge what Vettel did in comparison with others who had slower cars and still got great results? Fernando Alonso, for example, finished second in what was clearly not the second fastest car.

There were some other strong performances this year from drivers throughout the field, Hulkenberg had his moments, Grosjean came good in the end, Rosberg won two races and scored pole positions, it's not an easy one this year.

We want to hear what you think about the five drivers who you think did the business this year, with a line or two about them (please no 1,000 word treatises!!).
