FAENZA, ITALY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2001 - European Minardi is pleased to announce the ratification of an agreement between the Motor Club of Argentina, represented by Carlos García Remohí as President of C.D.A. on behalf of the President of ACA, Mr. Carlos A. Vaquer, and the team, represented by Gian Carlo Minardi.

The agreement is intended to facilitate the career advancement of young Argentine drivers by assisting them to enter more easily the top professional levels of motor racing, and ultimately, to graduate to Formula One to achieve this, the Motor Club of Argentina announces a comprehensive programme for its drivers competing abroad, in order to provide them with all necessary support for their motor racing activities.

The European Minardi Team, which previously has assisted Argentine drivers Esteban Tuero and Gastón Mazzacane to make their debuts in Formula One, fully supports this initiative and will make available to the Motor Club of Argentina both its facilities and its experience, to achieve their goals for this programme.
