Tickets are now available for the 2026 Monaco Grand Prix at IMAX locations across the United States.

Apple TV is collaborating with IMAX to bring a select number of races from the 2026 Formula 1 season to the big screen with watch-party-style events. The first of these events featured the Miami Grand Prix at the Miami International Autodrome, where Mercedes' Kimi Antonelli extended his lead in the drivers' championship to 20 points. 

The showing features 15 minutes of pre-race build-up, uninterrupted coverage of the race from lights out to chequered flag and the post-race podium celebrations.

How to get tickets for the 2026 Monaco Grand Prix at IMAX

Tickets for the Monaco Grand Prix IMAX experience are now available for $30 (not including a small booking fee) via the IMAX website.

Which F1 races will be shown at IMAX in 2026?

The collaboration between Apple TV and IMAX kicked off with the Miami Grand Prix, which took place on 3 May. The viewing experience gives fans the opportunity to watch five races from the 2026 season on the big screen.

Miami Grand Prix: 3 May
Monaco Grand Prix: 7 June
British Grand Prix: 5 July
Italian Grand Prix: 6 September
United States Grand Prix: 25 October

What did people say about the Miami Grand Prix at IMAX?

Fans who watched the Miami Grand Prix at IMAX were quick to share their thoughts on the experience. “This is such a safe and cool opportunity to meet online friends, and maybe even meet new people if they’re wearing merch from your team,” she said. “Like, ‘Hey, let’s root for them together!’" one fan told RACER.

"I thought it was great. Fans of different teams cheering everyone on definitely made it more exciting than watching alone at home. It was an amazing feeling," another viewer explained.
