The former Manor Marussia Formula 1 team will compete under the Manor Racing name during the 2016 season, it was announced on Tuesday.
The team unveiled its revised name and logo on Twitter and said full details will be announced on February 22, ahead of the start of pre-season testing.
Manor will run Mercedes engines this year after using year-old Ferrari power units during a difficult 2015 season, in which the team struggled at the back of the field.
The team said earlier this month that its new car had already passed all the mandatory crash tests.
The company that previously used the name Manor Racing Ltd, and whose principal activity was "to hold licences and rights for competing in the GP3 Series", was formally dissolved by the UK authorities on December 22 2015, after going through an administration process.
