The FIA have announced that they will hear BAR's appeal against Kimi Raikkonen's fourth place in the Austrian Grand Prix on June 1st.

The team protested the Sauber driver's finishing position in Austria after it was alleged Raikkonen lapped Prost's Luciano Burti under yellow flags.

BAR claim that Raikkonen overtook Burti on lap 66 under waved yellow flags resulting from Jenson Button's spin into retirement.

The FIA International Court of Appeal will announce the decision after meeting on June 1st. If the protest is upheld BAR will move up into fifth place in the constructors' championship, one place ahead of Sauber.
