Today at the Fiorano circuit, Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro carried out a shakedown of the three F2002 which will be used in the forthcoming Italian Grand Prix, to be held at Monza on 15th August.

The job of carrying out the shakedown was entrusted to Luca Badoer. The Italian driver completed a total of 15 laps (3 on the short version of the track,) setting a best time of 1:03.639. Badoer also did a few practice starts.


Circuit: Fiorano track, 2.976 km -- short course 1.413 km.
Driver: Luca Badoer, F2002 chassis nos. 219, 223 and 224.
Weather: air temperature 25/26C, track 44/40C. Partly cloudy.
