First day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro at the Mugello circuit. Felipe Massa took to the track today, at the wheel of an F2004. The Brazilian driver worked on a tyre test programme aimed at the coming races.

Massa completed a total of 72 laps, 16 of them on the short version of the track, with a best time on the day of 1.19.529. The Scuderia continues testing at this circuit tomorrow, when Michael Schumacher will be driving the F2004.

First day of testing this year for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro at the Monza circuit. Luca Badoer was in action today, with an F2004 at his disposal. The technical programme for the session centred on Bridgestone tyre development and engine testing.

At the request of the Scuderia, the track was modified with the addition of two chicanes. A total of 490 kilometres was completed. Luca Badoer continues testing at this track tomorrow.
