Third and final day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro. Once again, Luciano Burti was driving a F2001, continuing with a Bridgestone tyre development programme. Burti drove on a track layout modified with the addition of a chicane.

Third and final day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro. Once again, Luciano Burti was driving a F2001, continuing with a Bridgestone tyre development programme. Burti drove on a track layout modified with the addition of a chicane. He covered a total of 88 laps and there were no technical problems with the car.

Third day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro at the Mugello circuit. Rubens Barrichello was in action today. The European Grand Prix winner worked on assessment of Bridgestone tyres for the forthcoming race at Silverstone. Barrichello completed a total of 86 laps, of which 14 were on the short version of the Tuscan track. His best time on the day was 1:22.346.

Also testing today was the BAR-Honda team: Jacques Villeneuve completed 37 laps (best time 1:25.629) and Anthony Davidson did 65 (best time 1:26.210.) The Scuderia continues testing here tomorrow, with Michael Schumacher behind the wheel.
