Third and final day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro at the Jerez circuit. Luciano Burti was once again at the wheel, working on a development programme with various types of Bridgestone tyre. Burti covered a total of 100 laps, all of them on a dry track, setting a best time today of 1:22.087.

Third and final day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro at the Mugello circuit. Once again Luca Badoer was driving, with two F2002 at his disposal. The Scuderia's test driver continued with the programme of tyre development and electronics testing. Badoer completed a total of 112 laps: 78 with chassis 217 and 34 with chassis 218. His best time was a 1:22.032.

Sauber was also testing at Mugello today: Nick Heidfeld did 84 laps, the quickest being a 1:24.627.

Tomorrow, testing continues at Fiorano, with Luca Badoer again doing the driving.
