Second day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro at the Jerez circuit. Once again Luciano Burti was at the wheel, continuing with the development of various types of Bridgestone tyre. Burti covered a total of 79 laps, in part on a wet track. His best time was a 1:22.651. Luciano Burti continues testing here tomorrow.

Second day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro at the Mugello circuit. Once again Luca Badoer was doing the driving, with two F2002 at his disposal. The Scuderia's test driver continued working on a tyre development programme and electronics testing. Badoer completed a total of 115 laps in chassis 217 and xx(sic)* with chassis 218. His best time was 1:22.737.

Sauber was also present at the Mugello circuit today: Felipe Massa completed a total of 75 laps. His best time was 1:23.782. Luca Badoer continues testing here tomorrow.
