First day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro at the Fiorano circuit. Michael Schumacher was driving today, at the wheel of an F2002. Working on a tyre development programme, Schumacher covered 150 laps, the quickest in 58''203.
Testing continues at this track tomorrow, with Luca Badoer driving an F2003-GA.

Fourth and final day of testing this week at the Mugello circuit. Rubens Barrichello took to the track today, at the wheel of an F2003-GA. Because of the rain, which fell on the circuit for almost the entire day, the Brazilian was unable to carry out the planned race distance simulation and therefore concentrated on development work on the car. Barrichello covered a total of 68 laps, (6 of them on the short version of the track) with a best time of 1.28.291.

Testing at this track ended today. The F2003-GA will be back in action tomorrow, with Luca Badoer at Fiorano.
