Ferrari testing at two circuits Circuit: Fiorano, 2.976 Km. Driver: Luca Badoer, F 300 chassis number 183. Weather: air temp. 25-27C, track 33-35C, sunny. Circuit: Circuit de Nevers Magny Cours, 4.250 Km. Driver: Eddie Irvine driving F 300 chassis number 181. Weather: air temp. 20-27C, track 24 -38 C, sunny. Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro were testing on two fronts today. Luca Badoer continued where he left off yesterday at Fiorano, completing 50 laps with a best time of 1m 02.603s. At the end of the two day test, Luca Badoer made the following comments: "I worked on set up for the forthcoming Monaco GP. I also tried several different engine mappings aimed at improving driveability. Despite the very high track temperatures, I am happy that I have done a good job of work on the F 300." Testing will begin again at Fiorano later this week. Meanwhile, at Magny Cours in France, Eddie Irvine began testing. He concentrated on set-up work and also did some tyre tests. The Irish driver completed 90 laps 1m 19.25s. He continues running tomorrow.
