In a rare weekend off between the Mexico and Brazil Grands Prix, some of the Formula 1 drivers took the opportunity to join in with the Halloween celebrations, while others used the time to catch up with their loved ones.

From Lando Norris's MotoGP-inspired look to Yuki Tsunoda's subtle nod to Racing Bulls's Liam Lawson, and Charles Leclerc's huge engagement announcement, this is what the drivers have done during the break ahead of the final four rounds of the 2025 season.

Lando Norris

The current championship leader dressed up as French MotoGP rider Fabio Quartararo, along with the basketball-themed helmet the McLaren driver wore for the 2022 Miami Grand Prix.

Oscar Piastri

Lando Norris's McLaren team-mate Oscar Piastri chose to use the time off to get onto his simulator. "In my usual hiding place," he wrote.

Max Verstappen

The four-time champion was another driver to not celebrate Halloween. Instead, he celebrated his five-year anniversary with his partner, Kelly Piquet, who shared, "There aren’t enough slides to fit all the best moments of the last 5 years. So here’s our most recent one — sharing one of our favourite meals, at our happiest, and dreaming of the next 50."

Yuki Tsunoda

Verstappen's Japanese team-mate Yuki Tsunoda seemingly took inspiration from Racing Bulls driver Liam Lawson for a country music inspired look.

Charles Leclerc

While Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc didn't lean into the Halloween festivities, he shared some bigger news with his fans as he announced his engagement to his long-term partner Alexandra Saint Mleux.

Liam Lawson

Racing Bulls driver Liam Lawson and his long-term girlfriend Hannah St John went for a Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby inspired couples look as they both attended the NASCAR Cup Championship 4 race at Phoenix Raceway.
