Jaguar driver Eddie Irvine has been an unhappy camper this season; first with the new car, the team and now with the driving style of Alex Yoong.

Minardi driver Yoong was competing in his home grand prix in Malaysia and might have been caught up in the 'red mist' of being a tad over-aggressive. Yoong clipped Irvine when he attempted to pass him on the track but not for position.

According the the Irishman, Yoong changed his line causing the shunt which removed the nosecone from the Jaguar. Irvine retired from the race due to hydraulic problems after pitting for a new nose.

"I don't know what he (Yoong) was doing, or if he just made a mistake," stated Irvine. "I was coming in that lap or the next, so I had to push and he made it look like he was taking all the space in the world, just chopping and changing lines."
