Dr. Colin Kolles said: "Mr Chen, CEO FCACA was interested in taking part in the global exposure offered by F1 to promote motorsport in China and felt that the best way to do this was to have a real connection and understanding of F1. I'm glad to help with this project and enjoy FCACA's passionate enthusiasm."
Mr Chen continued: "To accompany the HRT F1 Team F1, Hispania Racing in its adventure is a good way to get our message across to the fans and promote our newly launched website "hicaca.com". The FCACA livery is already a familiar sight in the Chinese Rally world and now in the WRC. To compete is what really matters. What is completely unique for FCACA is that we work with different disciplines and we have the opportunity to add F1 experience to our range of activities".
