Jenson Button had problems with a Renault of a different sort last week when he drove a 100 year-old vehicle through the streets of London as part of the preparations for this year's Goodwood Festival. The Englishman will drive his current race car at the Festival which takes place in July but the century old classic Renault gave him difficulties: "It's unbelievable to drive," he remarked. "Really difficult, so I kept it in first gear all the way as I had no idea where the rest were."

Finding gears was not the problem for an enthusiastic traffic warden who found a Renault F1 car outside the Bluebird Club in London's Chelsea -- and promptly slapped a parking ticket on it. The replica of Button's racing car was outside the club along with a range of other exotic vehicles for the launch of the Goodwood meeting. The lack of windscreen didn't deter the ticket happy warden and he stuck the fine on the side of probably the most expensive car he has ever booked.
