Bite-size tech: Mercedes W07 rear suspension

As previously mentioned in the Belgian GP debrief, it is believed that Hamilton will once again test the prototype rear suspension in FP1 at Monza.

The suspension is a development based on work being conducted by various facets of the team as they balance the build of a mule car for Pirelli's tyre tests, the design of the W08 and an ongoing issue with their wishbone design exposed by the new kerbs installed at the Red Bull Ring earlier in the season.

It remains to be seen if this new configuration just consists of new components that increase the ability to absorb load or whether it'll have an effect on geometry too but what is clear is that the search for performance never abates.
