Davidson concludes Paul Ricard test.

Anthony Davidson concluded Lucky Strike B.A.R Honda's four-day test at Paul Ricard today. Having joined Olivier Panis on Thursday afternoon to familiarise himself with the circuit, he then took over the reins of the Canada spec BAR004 on Friday. He has spent the last two days putting mileage on the new car and running through a programme of tyre work for Bridgestone.

On Friday he completed 89 laps -- 496km -- and posted a best lap time of 1:35.157. Today, he completed 76 laps -- 440 km -- and achieved a best time of 1:34.215.

At the end of today's running, Anthony commented: "I've had a good first test at Paul Ricard. The weather has been warm and sunny throughout so we've had maximum track time to put plenty of miles on the car. We've done some good work with the tyres and generally the team are pleased with the progress we've made in preparation for Canada."
