The 1985 Portuguese Grand Prix at Estoril was held on a cold, rainy day, in some of the toughest weather in F1 history.
From pole position, Senna dominated in atrocious conditions in his Lotus-Renault. He beat Ferrari's Michele Alboreto by over a minute, and lapped everyone else!
The weather was so bad that even his arch-rival of the future, Alain Prost, spun out on the straight.
But Senna had it all under control to score the first of his 41 Grand Prix victories – a truly special moment in the sport's history.
